Consultation on Draft Guidelines on the Determination of Financial Penalties and Draft Guidelines on Leniency Regime (Closed)
From 1 March 2016 onwards, aviation services are governed exclusively by competition law as provided for in the Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015, particularly Part VII (Competition) of the Act. As the competition law authority for aviation services, MAVCOM will issue Guidelines in the exercise of its power under section 65 of the Act to explain the analysis used and factors considered by MAVCOM in implementing Part VII of the Act.
MAVCOM welcomes any written feedback on the Draft Guidelines on the Determination of Financial Penalties and Draft Guidelines on Leniency Regime. Feedback and comments on the draft Guidelines should be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 18 June 2018.
