Update on MAVCOM Consumer Complaints Channel

Taking into consideration the recent announcement by the Government on the partial easing of the movement control order (MCO), the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) would still encourage social distancing efforts for the health and safety of the wider community. Therefore, the Commission will continue accepting queries and complaints online via https://flysmart.my/en/make-a-complaint/, or via phone at 1800 18 6966. We will continue to monitor developments pertaining to COVID-19 while the situation evolves. We also urge consumers to practice personal hygiene and abide by directives issued by Malaysia’s health authorities.
