Airports Quality of Service (QoS) Framework Results

This page displays the performance results of Malaysia’s airports under the Airports Quality of Service (QoS) Framework. These results are based on MAVCOM’s analysis of four measurement mechanisms comprising:

  • data acquired by MAVCOM from independent inspections at the airport or by conducting passenger surveys
  • data provided by the airport operator to the Commission which are by performance assessment and equipment and operator availability

The Airports QoS Framework will be progressively implemented until 2027 for the remaining airports in Malaysia, and the results will be published in due course.
