Consultation Paper on Regulatory Approach towards Quality of Service At Airports in Malaysia (closed)

MAVCOM is presently developing a Quality of Service (QoS) scheme to improve the service levels of Malaysian airports. This Consultation Paper outlines the details of the scheme and any feedback and comments are welcomed. The deadline for submission of feedback is by 28 July 2017.
