MAVCOM extends the period for Asia Jet Partners (M) Sdn. Bhd.’s conditional ASP effective for a period of a further six (6) months from 1 November 2018 up to 30 April 2019.
Individual Exemption for a Joint Venture between All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd and United Airlines, Ltd.
MAVCOM had granted an individual exemption pursuant to section 51 of the Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 for a joint venture between All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd and United Airlines on 11 May 2017.

Consultation on Application for an Individual Exemption for a Joint Venture between Singapore Airlines Limited and Deutsche Lufthansa AG (until 3 December 2018)
MAVCOM has received an application for an individual exemption under Section 51 of the Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 for a joint venture between Singapore Airlines Limited and Deutsche Lufthansa AG.
MAVCOM welcomes any party to submit written feedback on the individual exemption application by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 3 December 2018.
Aeromanager Sdn. Bhd.’s ASP is expired effective 31 October 2018.
MAVCOM is currently developing an aeronautical charges framework which will serve as the long-term methodology for the setting of airport charges for all commercial airports in Malaysia. This Consultation Paper is a continuation of the consultation process with stakeholders for MAVCOM to provide a progress update and to discuss key issues arising with the development of this framework. MAVCOM is inviting comments on this Consultation Paper. The deadline for submission of feedback is by 5pm on Friday, 16 November 2018.
MAVCOM receives the surrender of My Jet Xpress Airlines Sdn. Bhd.’s ASP and thereafter grants the company an ASL effective for a period of thirty-six (36) months from 10 October 2018 up to 9 October 2021.

KUALA LUMPUR, 19 SEPTEMBER 2018 – With the release of its latest Consumer Report, the Malaysian Aviation Commission (MAVCOM) notes an increase in the number of complaints received from consumers throughout the six-month period of January to June 2018, compared to the previous report of July to December 2017.
MAVCOM grants the Conditional GHL for MAB Kargo Sdn. Bhd. effective for a period of twelve (12) months from 15 September 2018 up to 14 September 2019.
