Travelling during the Recovery Movement Control Order (RMCO) period
1. Travel restrictions during RMCO
a. Malaysian nationals are not allowed to exit Malaysia (with certain exceptions)
b. Non-Malaysia passengers are not allowed to enter Malaysia, with the exceptions below:

6 | Other Long-Term Social Visit Pass (Visa with Reference): i) Resident Pass ii) Temporary Employment Pass iii) Professional Visit Pass iv) Student Pass v) Dependant Pass of the Long-Term Visa Holders (PLJP) | Requires approval from the DGI | Not allowed entry |
c. Passengers who are allowed to enter will need to adhere to the procedures spelt out herewith: Guidelines Entry and Quarantine Process Person Under Surveillance (PUS) Arriving From Abroad 24 July 2020.

a. Additional documents/requirements for travel into Sabah
Foreigners may not enter Sabah without prior approval, which must be requested in advance from the Sabah State Secretary (Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Sabah) at crisis@sabah.gov.my. For additional information on traveling to Sabah, please contact Sabah Immigration directly.
b. Additional documents/requirements for travel into Sarawak
