Consumer Affairs, Associate
- Syazlina’s Diploma in Education (Teaching English as a second language) from Management and Science University, Shah Alam, propelled her into the education sector, where she started her career teaching English to local and foreign students at Sekolah Kebangsaan Shah Alam Section 16 and Cornel Language Centre Sdn. Bhd.
- Her warm personality and approachability translated into her work as the Front Desk Administrator at MAVCOM. She was then promoted as an Associate in the Consumer Affairs unit, where she handles consumer complaints on a daily basis and engage with airlines and airports in resolving consumer issues.
- Syazlina is currently pursuing her studies in Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons.) in Public Relations from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, and completed the International Baccalaureate (IB) PYP programme at the International School of Paris, France.
Syazlina is a MAVCOM Alumni who is employed at the Commission until July 2020.
